  • It was my understanding that TKIP's insecurity was a long standing matter of common knowledge with AES being the highly prefered method for anyone who had a clue to turn on wireless security in the first place.

    That said, you had to meet a *LOT* of very specific criteria to fall foul of their attack.
  • True, the question is though, if they will find ways now to decrease the number of prerequisites.
